NO WAY TO CHELSEA

Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has revealed he will follow the rulebook regarding major transfers at the club by leaving the decision to Kaka. Berlusconi also claimed kaka will NOT play for chelsea. Reports say he will either remain at Milan or join Madrid.
